Located under an hour’s drive from both the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast, the Spring Creek brand narrative embodies traditional values and a wonderful sense of belonging to the country community. Beaudesert has rich heritage and being the gateway to the Scenic Rim offers a rewarding and full lifestyle.

Brand Story

The brand story behind Spring Creek was to embrace the seasonal creek bed that bordered the land holdings but also was an integral waterway that meandered through greater Beaudesert. As a waterway, Spring Creek also runs through the adjoining Jubilee Park, which is considered a part of the town centre, we wanted buyers to understand and appreciate our “walk to town” location.

Our brand story launch strategy was centric to the over-arching theme of “Live different in a one of a kind community”, and the marketing reflected these ideals. Our initial campaigns were to encourage people to consider Beaudesert and to understand that Spring Creek was a superior owner-occupier new “in town” neighbourhood. Part of Beaudesert’s charm, its a place where people smile at you as you walk down the street. Our creative launch theme embraced this local culture with “Come Say G’day”.

For each new stage launch, we completed a new creative campaign inclusive of new videos, photography and selling messages across multiple touchpoints.

Campaign Snapshot

A fully integrated print and digital campaign including brand collateral, press advertising, signage, community engagement, website, digital CPC ads and EDMs. We produced high-quality photography and videography to promote the Estate’s development. Print collateral includes estate brochure, site plans and masterplan and estate covenants. We assisted in the acquisition of the sales centre and then the fitout of it. Onsite signage and highway billboards were part of the launch campaign.
