We took a comprehensive approach to rebranding all marketing collateral for Amity. Our team developed local blogs and a Facebook page to effectively communicate Dahua Australia’s commitment to creating a vibrant community for owner-occupiers, completing communal spaces, and continuing the development’s growth with reputable local builders. We also appointed a new sales team to work closely with us, tackling the existing issues, monitoring local residents’ Facebook groups, and promoting a positive outlook for Amity through community engagement.
Within months, our rebranded marketing communications and advertising campaign significantly improved Amity’s reputation. We successfully attracted owner-occupiers, enhancing the value proposition and increasing selling prices with each new land release within the estate.
