Developed by Dahua Group, Amity Narangba is an exceptional neighbourhood – with lush green parklands, a brand new kids playground, cycling and walking pathways and high quality homes. 

Brand Story

Whilst the new estate Amity Narangba was launched by Pointcorp it never rose above the challenges. Pointcorp developed the first two stages as townhome sites that were predominantly sold to investors, which led to a lack of community cohesion. There were occasional police callouts for disturbances, and incidents involving juveniles on vacant sites, petty crime, and neighbor disputes were reported. Additionally, house construction sites often had debris, and the estate experienced long periods of inactivity.

Campaign Snapshot

We took a comprehensive approach to rebranding all marketing collateral for Amity. Our team developed local blogs and a Facebook page to effectively communicate Dahua Australia’s commitment to creating a vibrant community for owner-occupiers, completing communal spaces, and continuing the development’s growth with reputable local builders. We also appointed a new sales team to work closely with us, tackling the existing issues, monitoring local residents’ Facebook groups, and promoting a positive outlook for Amity through community engagement.

Within months, our rebranded marketing communications and advertising campaign significantly improved Amity’s reputation. We successfully attracted owner-occupiers, enhancing the value proposition and increasing selling prices with each new land release within the estate.
