Highland Walloon is a landmark development for the region, delivering more than 900 homesites alongside significant road and infrastructure upgrades. Designed with a nod to traditional living, the community features generously sized, elevated lots that are flat and retained – offering an ideal foundation for a quality-built home.
Brand Story
MAMA Advertising was engaged to create the Highland Walloon brand from the ground up, developing a distinctive identity and delivering all marketing collateral and campaign strategies.
For this project, a fresh sales approach was introduced: every lot is paired with a builder and a curated set of home designs, simplifying the buying process. This innovation has been warmly welcomed by buyers, streamlining decision-making and building confidence.
Lead generation began with organic content and registrations via the website, supported by a targeted two-week ‘Coming Soon’ campaign prior to the public launch. Release 1 has been an overwhelming success, with over 75% of lots now sold and Release 2 already underway.
