Following the successful sell-out of Parklands at Clarendon, MAMA Advertising was engaged to bring the Park Lake Adare brand to life. Our brief was to create a distinctive identity that captured the project’s natural charm, relaxed lifestyle, and premium positioning.

Through a focused, cost-effective marketing approach, the campaign built a strong digital presence and meaningful connections with local audiences. Compelling organic content, emotive imagery and engaging storytelling have positioned Park Lake Adare as a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, generating highly qualified leads and consistent praise from buyers for its authentic tone and exceptional presentation.

In the final stages, a website refresh was rolled out to reflect the estate’s premium offerings and showcase the remaining lots, ensuring the Park Lake Adare brand continues to resonate with discerning buyers.
