A Historic Collaboration: Four Developers Join Forces to Launch A New City

In a move that highlights the power of collaboration in the property development industry, four of Queensland’s leading developers, Lennium Group, Orchard Property Group, Baycrown Property Group, and AVID Property Group, have come together to share a unified story about a groundbreaking new city. Featured in the Courier Mail’s Developing Queensland section, this initiative showcases the vision behind Waraba, Queensland’s newest city, with Lilywood as its first suburb.

Waraba is set to become a beacon of modern living, with Lilywood leading the way. Each developer is contributing their expertise to deliver the first 2,000 parcels of land in Lilywood, setting the stage for one of the region’s most significant future communities.

It’s the exception to the rule, but when four development groups formed a Land Owners Group to collaborate on $86 million in civil works, they forged a powerful bond.
