Project Overview

A land development located in Beaudesert, under an hour away by car from both the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. Nestled in a historic country town and home to over 14,790 people.

Over the last decade Beaudesert’s annual growth rate has averaged 2.3%. This is double Queensland’s official median growth rate for the same period.

With rich fertile soil and abundant water, Beaudesert was built on the back of rural production and agriculture. Beaudesert embraces a healthy & active lifestyle with a true community spirit, where residents enjoy access to high-quality organic goods, locally sourced from the surrounding farms. Cafes and restaurants, art gallery & cultural centre, hospital and ambulance, fire brigade, police station, library, golf course, historical museum, racecourse and swimming pool, all within a 3-minute drive. Additionally, Beaudesert residents have access to 8 local schools both state and private.
