We ran local newspaper, press ads and actively promoted local businesses, Council activities & nearby schools through social media and website blogs. We established a dynamic EDM strategy promoting each stage release and frequent construction updates to engage with the database. Achieving an average open rate above 40%, this strategy resulted in significant sales.
Our social media strategy used a combination of paid and organic content to target a defined audience, which allowed us to create a cost-effective and high converting marketing campaign. We leveraged off our strong relationship with Queensland’s most renowned builders to organically boost reach and engagement across Facebook and Instagram.
